1. General Introduction & Basis of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 88k88 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("you", "member", "user"). Opening multiple accounts — using the same device, the same IP address, or the same identity — is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts and the balances held in them will be forfeited.
3.2 Account Security
Keeping your login credentials fully confidential is your own responsibility. You are accountable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
88k88 may request documents for identity verification at any time, such as: a copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving licence. We reserve the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount
88k88 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Deposits through third parties are not permitted.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes, though additional time may be required if identity verification is pending or an unusual transaction is detected.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses — this is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets before withdrawing.
The time limit for meeting wagering requirements, the list of eligible games, and any special conditions relating to a bonus will be stated separately with each offer.
5.3 VIP Program
The 88k88 VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

5.4 General Bonus Terms
- One person or household may use only one bonus offer.
- Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.
- 88k88 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus at any time.
- If the terms of any promotional offer are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Principles
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled — however, we may consider exceptions in certain cases, such as a technical error or an accidental duplicate bet. No bet will be accepted if there is insufficient balance or if the account is temporarily restricted.
6.2 Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers wagering on multiple sports, including cricket (T20, IPL, BPL, and various other formats), football (FIFA World Cup and league level), and kabaddi. All matches and odds are updated in real time — no guarantee can be given for specific odds or outcomes.
6.3 Live Casino & Slots
All game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. All games are operated to ensure fair play. In the event of a technical error, the relevant game round will be voided and the bet amount refunded.
6.4 Technical Errors
88k88 will not be liable for losses resulting from a game being interrupted mid-session due to a server error, loss of internet connection, or any other reason. However, each complaint will be reviewed on the basis of fairness.
7. Prohibited Conduct & Abuse
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:
- Gaining an advantage through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest means.

- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
- Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a third party.

- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
10.2 Closure at the User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements and withdrawable balances will be settled.
11. Limitation of Liability
88k88 will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the value of the transaction in question.
